Ingredients
- 2 large cans tuna of good quality
- 1 kg Tomatoes - Diced
- 2 Large Onions - Diced
- Few Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Tablespoons Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
- Fresg Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoons sugar - optional
- Coriander

- Heat oil to high heat. Braise onions for a few minutes; together cinnamon sticks. Add half tomatoes. Then all spices except garam masala.
- Drain cans and add tuna. Let it emulsify with spice mixture for a few minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water to create a saucy mixture to form.
- Add garlic (not before - burns if added too early)
- Reduce to low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then add garam masala; and other half of tomatoes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. All Done.
- Coriander - few chopped teaspoons into mixture; and a bit sprinkled on top.
- Accompaniments: Any
rice of preference, flat breads
